• The tournament has a strict IIC of 2 days. Failure to post within the time limit without notifying someone of your absence will result in immediate disqualification.
  
• Participants must sign up for the tournament by June 7th and must sign in at the Festival by June 8th.
  
• Participants are only permitted to enter with Pokemon level 10 and under. Level and move pool are locked in (for tournament’s sake) upon registration for the event in Hematite Town.
  
• The preliminary round will be a match consisting of a 1 vs 1 match between trainers. The trainer who releases their pokemon onto the field first will be determined by coin flip.
  
• The next round will consist of 2 vs 2 matches with the same rules as above.
  
• The Final round will consist of a 3 vs 3 match abiding by the same guidelines.
  
• Disputes in the battle will be handled by a staff member. Please accept their rulings.

Competitors stand on either side of a dirt arena 30 meters long by 15 meters wide in small boxes outside of the field of play. Pokemon who leave the field of the battle are eliminated. A tall, concrete wall surrounds the arena on all sides 5 meters away from the boundary line. Spectators can watch from stands on the south end of area, the seats raised high so everyone can watch the action. The north end houses a stage beyond the concrete wall, showing an electronic bracket as well as the prises the winners may receive.
